If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please review our return policy before proceeding.
Return Policy
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our side.
How to Start a Return
- Log in to your account at eazyeand.com and navigate to “My Orders.”
- Select the order you want to return and follow the instructions.
- Repack the items securely in their original packaging.
- Ship the return to the address provided after submitting your request.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
- The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
Exchanges
- Exchanges depend on stock availability. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
